CHILDREN are being paid £1,000 through gang bosses to stab rival teenagers as the United Kingdom’s knife crime epidemic rages on.
The infant-confronted bounty hunters are given cash via “elders” so that they will keep away from wearing out the gruesome assaults themselves.
Youth workers told the BBC the gangland bosses “do not want to get their fingers grimy” and know there is a “non-stop move” of teens to exploit.
The assaults in Merseyside were related to a minimum of one stabbing – with teens willing to apply a blade on a rival to benefit from “greater appreciation” from elders.
One teen stated, “Young children are becoming cash put on their heads,” as he discovered his pal ended up in a health center after becoming the target of a £1,000 bounty.
He claimed senior gang individuals said: “‘Here’s 5 ton [£500] every – cross and do it.
“And they will pass and do it because they will assume that if I try this, then I’ll get extra cash, and I’ll get extra appreciation from the elders.”

He revealed some humans would move to watch “straighteners” – deliberate combat to solve a dispute – wherein people were “getting stabbed”.
Merseyside Police saw one of the essential surges in knife crime in the remaining 12 months, with a 35-percent rise.
Youth worker Alan Walsh, who runs the marketing campaign Real Men Don’t Carry Knives, told the BBC: “Has it been given to that degree where it is like going again to gladiators?
“The arena is the streets, and we are putting a bounty up?”
