Responsibilities
- Daily execution of responsibilities and duties according to organization guidelines and processes
- Supervise the order scheduling techniques to ensure the most valuable consequences.
- Perform order control obligations (order entry, seasoned-lively follow-up on deliveries, and many others)
Field carrier management and scheduling
- Prepare reports based on records analysis and offer steering and advice based on them.
- Ensure that the performance and service requirements treat client inquiries.
- Deal with complicated and straightforward troubles, including court cases and inquiries.
- Drive client-focused conduct all through the agency
- Serve as the main factor of touch for all order achievement requirements

Job Requirements
- Ideally, at least 1-2 years of enjoying order control/customer support.
- Customer-focused
- Strong communication competencies, each written and verbal
- Excellent information on German and English
- Time management and prioritization capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal abilties include listening skills, trouble solving, and decision making.
- I am taking possession of offering quality in magnificence customer support.
